Refreshing fruit salsa and sweet, crispy homemade chips? Don’t mind if we do. If you’re looking for an easy, tasty treat to bake with your little chefs, this fruit salsa and chips recipe is the perfect find. Our homemade fruit salsa is packed full of strawberries, raspberries, and apples. And the addition of the cinnamon-sugar chips makes for a delicious combo!

Get Ready! 


  • 16 oz strawberries, diced
  • 8 oz raspberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced 
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp fruit preserves
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp sugar 
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted


Get Set!

Preheat oven to 350°

1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in the 3 qt mixing bowl. Cover and chill for 15 minutes

2. In a pinch bowl, combine 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon.

3. Use the pastry brush to coat one side of each tortilla with melted butter.

4. Sprinkle the tortillas with an even coating of cinnamon and sugar.

5. Cut into wedges using your nylon pizza cutter and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet. 

Get Cooking!

1. Bake the chips at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Repeat until all chips are baked. 

2. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. 

3. Dig in and enjoy with the chilled fruit salsa!
