Curious Chef Chocolate Crunch

Ingredients

  • 9 Cups Crispy Cereal
  • ½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar

Add-on Toppings (all optional)

  • Cashews
  • Pretzel Sticks (broken in half)
  • Cocktail Peanuts
  • Butterscotch Chips

Directions / Process

  • Wash hands with soap and water
  • Gather all your ingredients
  • Measure cereal into a large bowl and set aside
  • Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 1 minute
  • Stir the peanut butter mixture and microwave a bit longer until melted
  • Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth
  • Pour peanut butter mix over the cereal and mix until cereal is coated
  • Mix in any optional ingredients
  • Pour cereal mix and powdered sugar into brownd paper bag and shake until all of the cereal mix is coated in powdered sugar
  • Enjoy!
