Ingredients
- 1 Package Refrigerated Sugar Cookies, well chilled
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- 9 Cups Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 to 3/4 Cup Milk
- Food Coloring

- Colored Sugars or Natural Sugars
- Dried Fruits such as Cranberries or Raisins
- Nuts

Directions / Process
- Wash hands with soap and water
- Gather all of your ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Coat sides of dough with 2 tablespoons of flour
- Roll out dough until 1/8 inch thick (Use additional flour if sticking)
- Cut out dough with Curious Chef cookie cutters
- Place cut out shapes 2 inches apart using turner
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until edges of cookies are light golden brown
- Remove from oven and let cool – set aside
- Repeat steps with other half of chilled dough
- When cool, cookies are ready for decoration
- For frosting, in a large mixing bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy
- Beat in confectioners sugar and vanilla
- Add enough milk to achieve desired consistency
- Tint with food coloring, do not add if you want your frosting to be white
- Decorate cookies as desired
- Enjoy!
