The inspiration behind Curious Chef® was truly an “aha” moment for us. Here we were, parents of little ones, struggling to find cooking utensils that our children could use in the kitchen. We had plenty of adult-sized utensils, gadgets, and cutlery sitting around our kitchen cupboards, but none that fit our kids’ hands just right. That is when we knew we were on to something big.

Why not create a whole line of kid-friendly utensils for small hands? As professionals in the housewares industry, we knew we had the experience, expertise, and capabilities to design real kitchen utensils for the children we loved. To keep the products kid-centric, we incorporated the elements of safety and vibrant color throughout our entire line. We wanted children to truly have their own set of kitchen tools and accessories so they could get excited about the cooking experience itself. In no time at all, we knew they would be gathering at the kitchen counter to concoct their very own edible creations; becoming budding chefs in the making!
